The great thing about technology is that there are already hundreds of great history podcasts out there, and more are being created all the time. Here is a list of history podcasts that I enjoy listening to from time to time and would recommend to you if you’re looking for more history with which to barrage your eardrums.

Please add “The British History Podcast” (BHP) by Jamie Jeffers. It is the best project I know of that is trying to capture the complicated history of Britain, undertaken by a lawyer turned historian.
Great collection. I’ll never catch up on all of them! A couple more to consider adding: Ancient Greece Declassified, The Mirror of Antiquity, Hardcore History (hardly needs a plug). Literature and History is probably my favorite podcast of all. That’s how I found out about yours.

Great suggestion 🙂 I need to catch up on his podcast, by the way. It’s been a while since I listened and the backlog only continues to grow.
